How do I clip it on my bracelet it won’t close??

The clip opens with a hinge and snaps directly onto the bracelet or over the notches on any Pandora Moments bracelets and necklaces. This clip charm features no silicone grip, so it will slide if not styled onto threads (two raised charm dividers).

Is it original pandora?

Yes, it is an original Pandora. Great craftsmanship.

Does the clip fit over the threads?

This does fit over the threads on my older bracelet but not on my daughters newer bracelet. Not sure why

Not in any Pandora box

This item is ok but to be honest considering it comes from the Pandora Amazon site it is disappointing as it was delivered in a clear plastic baggy and not in a Pandora box. I find this a bit disappointing as it’s a Christmas gift and now it looks tacky, and I have to now buy a box to put in to make it presentable. Not what I expected from an authorised Pandora site!

Looks cheap

Not sure this is real pandora. Says it comes in a pandora box it did not. It came in a small plastic bag no protection or anything and a large cardboard postage packet. Looks cheap and nasty.
