It works
I used this because I almost fainted from the pain caused by microneedling. Yes I'm very sensitive to physical pain. I used this as a thick layer on the face and neck. Left it on for 50mins and did an amazing job. Will buy again.

Best one yet
Although on the expensive side it works better than other brands I’ve tried. I’d rather pay more than feel pain tbh😂

Did not work well as per most of the review here
Had my tattoo and applied it as per instruction and as per reviews but just reduced like 10-20% and after like 1 hour, no effect anymore.

LONGEVITY: if applied correctly you will have a good 3-4 session. TIPS: 1.take hot shower 2.apply cream a little at a time rubbing into skin and repeat 3.once all cream is applied wrap area in saran wrap tight 4.let cream sit for at least an hour and a half to two hours. WARNING: this will not fully take the pain away, but it will make getting tattoo allot more barrable. Also keep in mind some people may have an allergic reaction to lidocaine so test a small spot on your body if it's your first time to see if there is any reaction. CUSTOMER: used on ribs for a four-hour session and felt great after, very minor pain during the session.

Works great! I was a little worried from mixed reviews but after reading them all, I followed the recommendation of applying a thick layer 2 hours prior to tattoo appointment and wrapping in plastic wrap. I did it again 30 minutes before (an hour and a half after first application) and rewrapped it. Didn't feel much of a difference or numbness after the second application. Unwrapped it at appointment time, and felt a little numb. The artist got started late (about 30 mins, so 2.5 hours after original application and 1 hour after reapplication) and by the time needle hit skin I couldn't feel a thing. It was PHENOMENAL. It did wear off after about an hour to an hour and a half, but this was because of the late start. I took a break and reapplied. While it didn't numb it completely it wasn't unbearable. I drove about an hour home after and didn't feel a thing though and it's on the back of my thigh. I'd heard some artists don't like to use it because they're worried it affects the ink or application. Pictured above are initial stencil (after 2 applications), outline and a smidge of color (mid tattoo after 3rd application), and finished product. You can tell it doesn't negatively affect anything. Worth every penny, but timing is key. I will be buying this for all tattoos moving forward.

Love this stuff. Used one tube of it for a 6 hour tattoo on my sternum and then another tube on a 9 hour tattoo on my back and didn’t feel a thing. My tattoo artist said it was the best numbing cream she’s worked on as it didn’t make my skin red or puffy or react with the ink weirdly.

The cream worked well at first — I followed the instructions exactly and it definitely numbed the area effectively. However, the effect only lasted about an hour, which wasn’t quite long enough for my session. It’s great for shorter tattoos or touch-ups, but for longer work, you might need to reapply or find something longer lasting. Still, solid product for what it is. I'll use again.

It’s a small bottle of it but if you are looking to not feel your tattoo make sure you put a thicker layer on and make sure to apply is no sooner then a hour before you know they will start tattooing on you!! It’s worth it so get it!!
