Q: Are the feeding trays removable?

Hi, the seed tray and top roof is connected by the the pillar, once you disassemble the pillars, then you can remove the feed tray

Q: How can I just get some new suction cups for this product? Mine dry rotted within a year.

Did you try contacting the manufacturer? They are probably Chinese, but visit their website and send them an email. Also check Amazon, Holiday Joy - World's Strongest All Purpose 1 3/4 inch Suction Cups with Hooks - Made in USA (6 Medium). These might work as a replacement. Lastly, if all else fails, try velcro.

Q: What super strong suction cups does anyone recommend ?

It comes with its own which are quite strong. My squirrels use it so more weight than birds and it is fine

Q: Does it stick to a concrete wall or only windows?

No it only comes with regular suction cups, it’s non adhesive. You could just get a mason drill bit for your concrete wall and hang it with screws from the suction cup holes.
