I've used a lot of different salts over the years—basic table salt, kosher salt, even fancy pink Himalayan—but Redmond Real Salt is genuinely my favorite. I was skeptical at first, but the difference in taste and quality is noticeable. The first thing you'll notice is the flavor. Iv not quite got £70 for the 10lb refill of Redmond at the moment so these should set me on another few months, far more cost effective than buying a single bag. Seller packaged them superbly too!
