My pelvic floor therapist recommended this balm, and I'm so glad she did. I was having issues with damaged, frequently-tearing skin at the opening of my you-know-what, and the tissue was very thin and unhealthy. I've been using this I think close to two months now, several times a week, and I swear to you the skin feels thicker and more supple beneath my fingertip. It also used to be painful to touch the area directly, which has improved remarkably. I've noticed that uncomfortable dryness I would sometimes get (a kind of unpleasant friction feeling) as I was going throughout my day is now totally gone. It remains to be seen if I've done enough by using this in conjunction with my therapy that my tearing issues will be remedied, but I'm hopeful. This balm is pricey, yes, but you only need a very small amount at a time. It liquefies almost immediately when you apply it, and spreads far. Very soft, neutral scent that doesn't feel unnecessarily overdone like a lot of feminine products attempt to do. This is a very high-quality product with great ingredients - can't recommend it enough!

I am happy I purchased this balm. High quality, non-sticky cream to protect, nourish, & hydrate dry, sensitive skin. It felt smooth & supple. It is a wonderful product and I'm glad I found it.

I am not really a review writer, but do read through many on things I purchase. I am not sure if it was this product or another that a reviewer had commented that she was in menopause, as I am, and that there are things you never thought would happen to your body during this time. We tend to be embarraswased to mention these things to our doctors and suffer in silence. I am one of those, and like this other women said, if it helps someone else by commenting it's worth it. I have tried many products over the last 2 years for feminine itching that just suddenly appeared. I thought what the #@// is going on. Thought it was a yeast infection, nope....even went to the doc got a cream worked for a few but came right back. Your body does weird things in menapause. I have been using this for almost a week now, and can say it has helped immensely. Not completely cured, but don't feel like I want to crawl out of my skin. This may or.may not work for you, and you may spend some bucks to find something that does work, but I can say this has helped me more than the other hundreds of dollars I have spent looking for SOMETHING to work. I love that this product is organic and all natural and that it is made in the USA. It's perfume and dye free, paraben free and despite the ton of essential oils it contains such as Rosewood, Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, and Frankincense, the texture isn't oily or greasy but very light and soft. It has a very faint and delicate scent but nothing overpowering, just the combination of the natural oils it contains. The balm is a very pale mint green but no dyes are added which is nice. That's just the natural color of the combination of oils and calendula extract. I was also surprised that it comes in a glass jar which is better for the environment. Not only does it look nicer than the cheap plastic jars these balms usually come in but you can reuse the jar when you run out of balm. Nice. Also, it included a $5 coupon which has no expiration date and that's a pretty good discount on top of an already low price for this. The product expiration on my jar isn't until October 2019 which is a good shelf life for a natural product so save that coupon. You're gonna wanna reorder. As for the product application itself, I would highly recommend this for women who are menopausal and experiencing discomfort from dryness. It's very light and non-greasy and you'll forget you've applied it but just feel more comfortable. It can also be used as a shave balm. I have extremely sensitive skin and this helps calm down that area after waxing without causing rash or breakouts.
