Can it be used in nylon rope?

Not sure why as it would make it slippery and nylon is already pretty impervious to the elements.

I use spray paint to create faux stained glass, but it fades in direct sunlight. Can this be used to protect the color?

So not sure about glass. I don't think it would hurt it, but it may be worth a try?!?!?
