It work because I have high my triglycerides and the next blood lab the doctor tell me that I down the numbers of my triglycerides. But for me the only bad to mentioned is the size of the pill are big to swallow.

My doctor let me know it's best to take this "Tri-3D" type of fish oil, typically made from small fish, the type of triglycerides are better for one's health...and I've had such good results from the other supplements I've used from NOW, this one seems to be the same good quality.

There is no fishy taste nor smell. They are pretty big to swallow, but they are not dry and chalky so they go down regardless. Here’s why I know these work for me… as weird as some may think this is…. I bruise easily when I take these and if I take them with my blood pressure medicine it drops my blood pressure like a rock. Look it up. I read it on a legit medical site about supplement interactions with medications. This should not be taken at the same time you take your blood pressure medicine according to this site. Don’t take my word for it please. Ask your doctor or look it up. This is just what happened when I combined the two. Since I’m in frontline healthcare, I figured this information might help somebody because it’s likely many may be taking omega 3 as a preventative for cardiac related issues. Personally, I have no doubt these are potent. I will continue buying this brand. I’m on bottle number 2. Omega 3s properly balanced with the correct amount of EPA and DHA are little power packs. These have the balance I looked for for my purposes.
