I’ve been using a rice cooker for 4 years until it stopped working. This one is Amazing quality, the rice cooks fast.Love the color! The steamer is very useful and im super thankful.I steam everything now it’s much easier

After few times I used it stopped working, switch button is the issue, I cant return and Kenwood customer service doesn't respond. I don't recommend this product at all.

It does the job, Enough for Max 2 cups of Rice I believe which would feed 2-3 people. You can cover the lid on top of the ban directly without the steam veg section if not required. Rice came out nicely cooked. Only down side is, the moment you connect it to power it turns on warm directly, it does not have ON/OFF switch.

Great product, value for money

I like it so far easy to use but not easy to clean the bowl is very sticky, you will have to soak it in water in order to remove the rice from the bowl. It cook the rice perfectly every time you have to adjust the water level for each type of rice.
