The supplier is not adhering to standards of quality.
The HP 932XL cartridge was delivered to me today in an open box within a sealed bag, and there was no plastic cover on the cartridge as normally is and also without a protective tab. I installed in the printer and it’s a genuine cartridge and the ink level is also correct, however I would not want to order from this supplier again as he is playing around with the product.
