بصراحة عجبني…. ولاحظت فرق عند الأرداف والبطن…. طبعا مع نظام غذائي وتمارين خلال النهار واكيييد لاتروحي تشربي مشروب غازية وتقولي ماعم استفيددد…. طبيعي ماحدا بيستفيد اذا ماعمل على نظام غذائي جيد
