I purchased EM-9209 family sauna from Amazon on dec. skyland team called me for help and setup and how to use the machine, now i felt very comfortable with that machine. Thank you skyland team for your support. For that Price item very good, hot steam , good safety and main thing it's not leaking,I can use in hall or bedroom.

It’s good for purpose but use it when someone is beside to watch as you may feel daisy because of the heat

Great sauna, tried it once during my off. Worth buying. Hose a little bit dirty and stained, probably due to packaging. The chair can hold my 79kg weight 😂 while sitting. Wood foot massager is a plus.

Chair is too small. Boiler will empty after 30 minutes if you use it on heat level 7 to 9 add 10 minutes to heat the tint and. Boiler led cracked. The floor damaged after 3year. Too much cleaning after every use. For steam tent all of them seam to be manufactured in the same factory in china so make sure to buy cheap one that ships fast and you can return it if it’s damaged. Add the cost of cheap comfortable outdoor chair to replace the one coming with it and towel to prevent the steam from burning your skin.

I Use this every other day, the steamer is good and the portable sauna is okay, I don’t know if it will last long with frequent use as it is made of plastic & cloth material only. It gets very wet every after use so make sure to dry it up before storage. Overall good quality.

Delivered before assumed time which is pretty cool. Following items recieved. 1- Sauna bag --- easy for person to fit in. 2- steamer 3- remote controlller with battery inside itself. 4- Foldable Chair. 5- Foot Massager.
