This is one of my favorite seasonings. Pretty spicy but u can control it with amount you use. I add to almost everything right now.

Amazing, complex, rich flavors - VERY hot, so they really need to add a top with little holes, but otherwise perfection!

It was my first time making it. I usually have to drive about one hour or more to get good kitfo. This time I wanted to try making it myself when I need that craving satisfied. Since my doctor told me I have to eat less carbs and more protein, this is my favorite way of doing that! The bottle arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The spices are not clumpy which means that it is sealed and packed very well! I like that you can send it back for a refill. Very proud to see it is run by women owners! I love the Ethiopian culture. Now to the taste! Oooh it is really hot!!! I can only eat a little but I used very generous amount in almost 1lbs steak and I know I can make so many more kitfo to come. I was worried because many recipes ask to salt the beef but I wanted to wait until I tried it to do that. It didn’t need any salt at all and seasoned my kitfo to perfection. So remember, when you use this you don’t need salt especially since your butter or ghee might have salt in it also. I am so happy right now. አመሰግናለሁ

This powder has amazing flavor! It's decently spicy, so a little goes a long way. I would rate it a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale, with tabasco being a 2.

It’s great. I put it in everything from eggs to soup, chicken, etc. The taste is authentic. The bag has lasted a long time. አመሰግናለሁ

This pepper blend is exceptionally good, and I've tried a lot of them! Just reordered as a gift for a dear friend. Well worth it!

It’s not bad, but one of the ingredients, the herbal spice, seems to overpower the flavor of the mitmita.
