I started on a tirzepatide journey and my doctor recommended this and magnesium glycinate. I've been blown away by the results. Chromium helps manage my sugar cravings, making my blood sugar levels more stable and lending way to fewer energy crashes in the afternoon. This Chromium pill seems to be helping my body utilize nutrients more efficiently, which is essential on a weight loss journey. Here's hoping the chromium, coupled with magnesium glycinate, is helping support my metabolic support as much as I feel like it is!

I had tried a different brand (Now-GTF Chromium) and went to these because I trust the brand. They are capsules, the others are tablets. I usually prefer capsules over tablets for swallowability and faster effectiveness. These however were not as effective as the Now GTF-Chromium tablets. I take them when I eat high carbs. It helps my body process carbs since developing a fatty liver. I don’t have heartburn when I use Chromium, but these were less effective and more expensive. Disappointed.
