Using this to extend my IO on my desk since i decided to remove my desktop from the desk and hide it under the table. Have my wireless mouse and keyboard connected , all ports work, supports multiple USB storages also surprisingly charges phones when connected

Good product, I would have preferred a cable less robust, less stiff, but it is a long cable that allows positioning of the hub. I would give this product five stars, but only after a few months of use assuming it keeps working as now.

Speeds are almost the same as a direct connection.

it works beautifully and to my surprise grate quality it a genuine USB 3.0 hub I want to have 5 but 4 does good for me now since I am using this for my college if you are in the UAE and doing an online exam this work with the program called "LOCKDOWNBROWSER" and there is no problem with it.

It’s a good port and is working as promised. However, beware that it comes with a 1 M cord which is not practical if you want to place the hub near a laptop as you have to wrap the cord like a coil and this takes up some space. It would be great if the computer is away from the screen and keyboard for example.

Though all sports suppoer USB 3.0 I've noticed a drastic drop in read/write speeds if multiple devices are connected to it at the same time. Didn't see any significant increase is charging devices speed (power) while using power adapter connected to it. Build quality is not bad for the price but it is very light so doesn't sit flat on the desk/table if the cable attached to it is on an odd angle. If your looking for an affordable and portable USB hub then definatly go for it. Seller is great and their product is definatly worth the price. Looking forward for updated versions for future purchases.

Pretty good, does the job. My only issue with it is that it feels way too light, easy to flip over.

100 cm! Questa è la misura sufficiente ad elargire la quinta stella a questo Hub Usb 3.0 della Ugreen! Rispetto ai concorrenti si ha la possibilità di usarlo sulla scrivania se si ha un case sotto il piano della stessa. Molti concorrenti propongono cavi corti, pensati per laptop, questo lo è anche per sistemi Desktop. Finalmente posso usare i dispositivi USB senza abbassarmi e senza disperarmi perché non riesco a imbeccare il giusto verso. Oltre a questo posso asserire dopo qualche mese che si tratta di un buon dispositivo. Ha 3+1 porte del tipo 3.0 e un jack per alimentarlo (a 5V) in caso di dispositivi non capaci di funzionare con gli Ampere forniti dall'HUB stesso. Ho usato con successo: pennette di ogni tipo, cellulari con type C e B, box con Hard disk meccanici e a stato solido da 2.5" (ne ho provati 6 di epoche diverse). Insomma servirà alimentazione supplementare solo in pochi casi. Esiste un led blu che indica la connessione dell'Hub ad una porta USB. Posso fare un piccolo appunto al materiale un poco rigido del cavo, quasi un marchio distintivo per i prodotti Ugreen e devo dire che un po' mi da fastidio maneggiare questo materiale. Ma tolto questo posso consigliare tale Hub per versatiità, funzionalità e praticità.

Précédemment je disposais de 2 "bornes" USB, une en 2.0 et une en 3.0 sur mon bureau. Hormis le côté imposant, je ne disposais que de 2 ports dont un seul en USB 3.0. Je cherchais donc un hub me proposant à minima 3 ports et pouvant lui-même être alimenté par un ou deux ports USB. Je disposais d'une carte réseau USB Gigabit de cette marque dont j'étais satisfait, cela a aidé dans le choix du produit. On reçoit ce hub dans une petite boite cartonnée blanche, qui est plutôt jolie (comme souvent avec UGREEN). Ce n'est pas forcément d'un grand intérêt mais c'est certes plus "pro". A l'intérieur on trouve le hub (c'est étonnant car on s'attend à trouver quelque chose de plus gros) et un mode d'emploi. A l'oeil c'est assez bien fini sans être non plus exceptionnel. On trouve 3 ports USB 3.0 en façade et un sur le dessus. A l'arrière est présent un câble de 1m environ à brancher sur un port USB 3.0. Si vous souhaitez ajouter un peu de puissance électrique, il est possible de connecter une alimentation externe (vendue par le fabricant en option) ou comme moi d'y ajouter la puissance d'un port USB (câble non fourni). Ce sera forcément moins bien mais toujours ça de pris. Au niveau des branchements, je trouve que les ports "accrochent" un peu, ce n'est pas toujours agréable. En termes de fonctionnement, je n'ai pas constaté d'anomalies depuis les quelques semaines que je l'utilise (Linux Mint, pas vérifié sous Windows mais je ne suis pas inquiet). Les équipements sont toujours détectés, il n'y a pas de coupure lors des accès / transferts ou lors de la charge du téléphone (900 mAH max par port). J'utilise principalement le port du dessus que je trouve plus pratique lorsque l'on débranche / rebranche souvent mais les ports frontaux fonctionnent bien également (clefs USB principalement). En terme de débits, j'obtiens le même que sans hub sur ma clef USB 3.0 par contre lorsque plusieurs appareils sollicitent simultanément, forcément ça diminue (principe du hub). Pour le prix j'en suis ravi. J'espère qu'il fonctionnera longtemps car même s'il est garanti 18 mois je n'ai pas forcément envie de défaire les câbles que j'ai pris le temps d'attacher soigneusement avec d'autres derrière le bureau :)

Works perfectly with my Surface 3. Using this hub, I've attached an external 1TB hard drive, mechanical keyboard, and optical mouse, basically converting my Surface 3 from a tablet/laptop to a 'desktop'. So far, the hub has been working seamlessly, to the point where I basically plugged it in and forgot about it. I haven't had a single problem. For convenience, I did put some velcro on the bottom to anchor it in place on the side of my desk... The USB cord is thick and the hub is super light, so it has a habit of wandering around whenever the cord's bumped. Also of note, the cord is about 3' long, which makes it very convenient to put 'where I want it' instead of 'right next to the port' like a lot of other similar hubs expect you to do. Really, I'm not sure what else to say. It's nice to purchase a product that just simply works. My only complaint is that the AC power cord for this hub has to be purchased separately. But at the same time, you really only need the power cord if you're planning on charging smaller devices or using devices that require more power than your device's USB port can provide in the first place. If you don't purchase the extra AC cord, the device is entirely powered by your USB port, which is typically sufficient to run all but the particularly power-hungry USB devices. With the AC cord plugged in, I can use this hub to charge my bluetooth headphones and my USB battery backup... But it doesn't put out enough amperage (2+ amps) to charge my Surface 3. If it could do that, it would be better than perfect.

Difícil valorar un producto que tuve que devolver al siguiente día de recibirlo, el motivo de la devolución es que no funciono para lo que yo lo necesitaba, quería poder conectar un lector de tarjetas Lexar LRWXQDRBEU - Lector de tarjetas de memoria Profesional Workflow XQD 2.0 (CFast, USB 3.0, Clase UDMA 7, UHS-I y UHS-II) a und descargados de tarjetas NEXTO, que tiene una entrada USB OTG, pero en la que los dispositivos que conectemos deben estar alimentados, el hecho es que junto con el alimentador UGREEN DC 5V 2A Adaptador de Corriente, AC 100-240V EU Cargador de Pared con Clavija 3.5mm Alimentación para Cámara Foscam, Hub USB, SATA Adaptador, etc. no era capaz de pasar las fotos de las tarjetas (funciona a la perfección cuando conectas una cámara o un disco duro que se pueda alimentar con 5 VDC) Esta es la causa por la que lo tuve que devolver El producto conectado al ordenador funcionaba perfectamente, permite conectar hasta cuatro dispositivos USB al un puerto del ordenador También me gusto, que en caso de conectar periféricos USB sin alimentación que consuman bastante, el Hub tiene un conector para alimentarlo con 5V 2A, para alimentar el HUB se puede usar perfectamente un cargador universal con una cable USB a conector de 5,5 mm por ejemplo SODIAL(TM) USB a 5.5 mm / 2.1 mm 5V DC Conector Cable de Alimentacion o StarTech USB2TYPEM - Cable de alimentación por USB (91 cm, 5.5 mm, tipo barril) En todo caso, estaria bien que el conector para alimentarlo con 5V fuera un USB para que no necesitaras llevar un cable con conexión 5,5 mm, pudiendo usar el cable USB de cualquiera de dispositivos Si en otro momento necesito un HUB USB no dudare en comprar este
