Great sweet flavor! Mine came fully intact. I noticed some people said theirs were crushed. Mine were fine thankfully. These are far more expensive per unit as compared to other seaweed snacks so I doubt seriously this will be a product to make it big in the United States.

I’ve read some of the reviews saying the taste of it was bad, but I just had to try it myself how it was before deciding. Do I recommend it? NO. And this is coming from a seaweed snacker who buy in bulks. Pros: it’s Crunchy, like other usual seaweed snacks; it’s sweet & spicy if you prefer your sweaters snack that way but I’ll get to that part in con’s too; the actual seaweed snack is shaped in rolls just around your average sized fire finger if you call that “big” and refreshing; for under $7 it seemed to be a “good deal“; Cons: one of the least seaweed-tasting seaweed snacks there is available, the very first bite i had into it brought me the charred, smoky taste if you’d imagine you have burnt your popcorn to black, and it taste THAT type of burnt, you’d probably get a better result if you put sweet and spicy sauce onto a piece of potato chips after setting it on fire, they have over-processed the seaweed to the max and it’s hard to imagine any flavor and/or nutrient left in it, poor seaweed...; the overpowering sweet hot sauce the manufacturer used had almost completely destroyed the seaweed’s natural taste and leaving that to only the after taste in your mouth, but then again, if you didn’t like the natural taste of seaweed snack in other alternatives, perhaps this isn’t a con for you at all, but surely a con for someone who’s after genuine and natural seaweed flavor; the price seemed great at first but then when you only receive 6 sticks in one pack, it’s actually quite pricey for its quality and value. Verdict: try it like i did if you must, but opt for other brands that keeps seaweed in much less processing and more natural flavor & value would do your seaweed snacking more good than eating this. PS: by the time I finished this review, i already ate 12 sticks of this thing because i ordered 3 items in total of 18 sticks and i’m a seaweed snacker, but the very fact i had to get used to this seaweed taste and flavor is just unnaturally outrageous.

We loved the idea of these, unfortunetly they were dry and brittle and in many pieces inside of their individual packaging. They seemed dry and not that fresh, might have got an old box. The texture is dry and crispy. I would not buy these again based on my experience with them.

The product is great! But the price is way out of line. I can get this same product and all the flavors at a local Asian Market for $2.69, while Amazon charges 3X the price. I will never buy this from Amazon again, unless they drop the price to a level comparable to the Asian Market.
