There was no user documentation in the box. The box and the item's description on Amazon state that there should be some documentation with the keyboard. Since this is a programmable keyboard with lots of customization features, it is very difficult to navigate through the functionality without a user guide. This is supposed to be a new item (bought from Amazon directly) and from a reputable manufacturer Logitech. Overall very disappointed.

Good. But the key sounds are a bit to noisy. But the feel of the keys is great

after 9 months 5 keys have lost led lightings, and several keys spamming when click only once on the key. "ppppp" "555555" and so on, first and last purchase from Logitech.
