I got it today. Delivery is on time. But the thing I didn't like. The buckles has rusted. It seems like it has been stucked for a long time. Either they have to change this.

I am happy with it

This was a fantastic buy. The bag is beautiful, sturdy, has a lot of space and it’s easy enough to convert that I can carry it on my back while waking to a station on the underground and change it to “messenger bag mode” while on the escalator down before I get in a crowded train. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a bag either. This is definitely my new daily driver. My only small nitpicks are the buckles, which are a bit hard to use on the move, and one off-center hole, but these don’t really affect the look or the practicality of the bag. One suggestion I would give is to include some “manual” explaining how to put the handle on and convert it, as I think it was not really obvious and took me some time to figure out after I first got it.

The leather backpack satchel is perfect no stinky smells no dodgy sewing.Good quality bag that fits alot.

Great bag, not as dark as picture I've had it for almost 2 months for work, love it!

The bag is lovely but unfortunately has arrived without any straps
