I was very excited as I have been using Kenwood’s other products. But this one did not work. I had plugged in the switch, turned it on but there was no indicator light. I waited for five minutes but still there was no indicator light neither the plates got hot. Unfortunately the machine did not work from The beginning so I had returned it. Just a side note, the switch works fine, I wa using my water kettle with it.

Working good, good quality of product value for money.

All is work.

Not really happy. Takes a lot of time to brown up whatever is cooked. The waffles don’t end up being cooked entirely. Only lower half get in shape. The upper half doesn’t even rise.

Stopped working after a couple of months. Got it fixed at the service centre but stopped working again.

at first I was very happy with my purchase, but after a month or two, it has stopped working without it being dropped or badly handled. I would not recommend this. Now I have come back and I found out the problem why it stopped working. It was because of the adapter. Not the machine itself. So I wanted to change my review and tell anyone who wanted to buy it, that is is nice for making waffles and toasted sandwiches.
