Been taking it for almost two weeks, So far so good, I can feel the difference in my digestion, I guess optimal benefits will show in couple of months.

I used one capsule in bit of milk and left for 12 hrs.. Milk is still milk.. No change, I kept another same amount of milk in another cup as a control sample. Both still liquid. I've used same method on previous purchase another brand it made youghurt in 3 hrs time.. So I'm skeptical about live culture being present in those capsules.. I will test another capsule if same happens will return. Bottle was proper sealed and un opened when I received Update after 24 hrs Milk started to become solid.. So it has all that bacteria but less potent.. I tried with bit of youghert culture in another milk cup and it became sold in 3 hrs.. Same conditions..
