This is a great product. I put it on my hands. It's the only thing that's ever worked to keep them from cracking in the dry winter months. I use it on my feet as well. I use it on my lips for chap stick to. This jar last almost a year for 2 adults. Sometimes I'll even put them on the pads of my dog's feet. If they're cracked, this is an excellent product. I've tried off brands. They never work. This is the only one that works. It's the real deal. An excellent value for your money too. It would be double that in the store. I Highly recommend this product! I put it on my hands and rub it in. It doesn't leave my hands greasy or slimy.has no smell. It's not as slippery as Vaseline. It has more of a lotion Feel to it and moisturizing, feel to it. You can rub it in your hands & within a few minutes, it seeps into your skin. Vaseline just seems to sit there As more of a barrier. But this product actually Seeps into your skin & moisturizes it completely! It also has vitamins a & d. When I was younger my dad' spent years buying just about every product the department Small stores had for my hands. Because every winter They would crack and start bleeding l. He bought everything under the That you could name from expensive cheap. I tried them and nothing worked. Then the miracle suprise happened i was watching my granddaughter she was still a baby & I was putting some of this on her bottom. And I got some on my hands & overnight almost completely healed. The cracks were healed & I was in shock. I couldn't believe a product so easy so affordable could actually make some difference an work overnight. But it did! All I did was rub some on my hands. Best diaper rash cream ever! We started using this ointment right off the bat when my daughter was born. When she got a little older, probably about 8-10 weeks, she started sleeping a little longer and going longer between diaper changes so she started developing a rash. I switched over to the zinc oxide paste at that time because it’s supposed to be the best (right?) except it made the situation worse, so I switched back to A&D and within two days it cleared right up! We haven’t had a single rash since then and she’s four months now! This is an essential that I keep backups for my backups and I even have the smaller tube in the diaper bag! My ONLY gripe about this product is the fragrance, it is quite strong and noticeable but it isn’t a terrible smell just a little medicinal.

This stuff is so awesome, wow! I use on my clients bottom for pressure sores and irritation from the depends and what a difference it makes they are almost completely healed after a couple days of generous applications. I highly recommend this product! It has a quality feel to it and the smell is good and familiar no weird added fragrance.
