I wash mine in warm water (turn inside out) and let air dry. I’ve dried in drier without shrinking but it grabs lots of lint. Dries very fast.

There were no zippers on the top nor bottoms I purchased. However, these were the best purchase for warmth and not bulky. Would highly recommend

Q: Why is there a line of spandex in the collar? Meriwool has this too, I don't like it.

Then don’t buy it. I personally think it’s an awesome sweater. The collar holds of shape very well.

I haven't found that myself. Usually wash with other clothes hang on clothes rack. Maybe a quick dry low heat for a minute max
