Better than any other phone holder i have used and so easy to attach to the magnetic. I'm thinking of buying a second one.

Good car charger, just fan noise is just a bit annoying.

After weeks of testing various wireless chargers from lots of different brands (Mous, Spigen, Belkin etc) I was giving up hope until I found this one. Some of the other brands were okay to charge my device but had next to no grip for a car mount. Some of the other brands simply refused to charge my device and the excuse was "it's not an iPhone so we can't help" I have to give this charger a solid 5/5 or 10/10 whatever you like because it does what it is supposed to do brilliantly. It charges my phone fast and it holds my phone securely. Grip strength: Incredible! You can see in the video me slapping the phone to see quite when it'd fall off. You could go over a really nasty speed bump and it'd hold on just fine. One of the most expensive branded mounts I tested (mous) fell off after placing the full weight of my phone on it let alone trying to drive! Charging: This was my key issue with all of the other chargers. I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro and everyone says that they are not compatible - this is not true! I used an ESR Ring mount on the back of my Spigen case and when working with this wireless charger I get the full 15w charge as indicated on one of my images. Other devices would do 5w or be intermittent jumping between fast charge and no charge. This starts slowly for a few seconds then ramps up to the full 15w as expected. On a 5v only supply this will draw about 1A, at 9v it'll do a bit more but when the charger allows 12v you get the full fast charge from it. I've tested this with an in-car plug and various chargers for around the house to check the actual output. to get a solid 15w is GREAT. Fit: I've had issues in the past with vent mounts for phones and the way this mount is designed makes the hold a lot better. The little leg that folds down at the bottom takes all of the weight out of the mount so the phone just stays put. Once it's in the air vent it doesn't move and it can take some aggressive driving easily. You can hear the firm click when the phone mounts to the charger. Modifications: I modified my charger to sit on a Brodit pillar mount. This was as easy as taking off a single screw and using some 3M tape. This means it can sit neatly my my A-Pillar and it's REALLY secure. There isn't anything wrong with the vent mount, I just prefer to have my phone in that position and I've found suction mounts don't get the correct angle. I've been using a piece of metal in a phone case and some magnets glued to the brodit mount for about a year so swapping to this far neater and easier solution is great. No more plugging in wires too.

Easy to fit and holds well

Does not work! My new iPhone 17 (not even the Pro model) keeps falling off. Was driving to LGW in the small hours last week and fell under my seat so lost my navigation, super frustrating.

I have to say that at first I was a little cautious about this product fitting into my car as the vents are in a “funny” position. That is they face away from the driver. I needn’t of worried though as the HaloLock is fully adjustable. The “plate” is fixed into a ball that is fully adjustable and can be placed in a good range of positions (see pics). After using for a few days I have to say that this is a very impressive product. I took it out on a good 2 hour drive and there is no way that the phone can drop off the HaloLock. The magnets are very strong. The unit fits into the car vents with clips and also a “plate” that gives it extra grip. The magnets provide a firm grip and as I say, there’s no change of the phone falling off. The unit has a small adjustable arm that allows you to position the phone the way you want it. Another thing that I like is that you can place the phone in landscape mode with is perfect for using Maps on your phone. Charger works fine as well. As soon as you connect the phone the charger comes on. I should also point out here that you can still use the HaloLock without the charge function, you just don’t plug it in. The unit is also easily removed from the car. Also, it doesn’t leave any marks like some holders that are installed into cars. The HaloLock fits into the car vents. My car, for info is a small Ford Fiesta. As I said at the start I did not expect the HaloLock to fit due to the angle of the vents but it works perfectly. By the way, I used with the phone in a MagSafe case so there was some extra weight and the unit coped without any problems. A superb product.

Decent product let down by the dashboard fixing. They do provide an extra sticky pad, but after a couple of weeks' use, you'll need superglue. Not keen on using the air vent fixing, but if I ever need to remove it to use in another vehicle, I guess I'll have to go with that. I get that these things can be subject to being affected by hot weather, but this was bought in November (UK)

Nice solid mount since it has a brace that sticks down. Magnet strength is sufficient but not as good as some others I have had in the past. Charging rate can’t be measured but it certainly is changing without issues.

ESRのケース使用ですが、MagSafe対応のモデルでは無いため、強固な接着力というわけにはいきませんでした iPhone12 Proに於いては、問題なく接着されましたが、miniで使用するとケースの縁の僅かな土手が障害となりうまく接着しません ケースさえ変えれば問題なさそうですが、同メーカーの商品なのに上手くいかなかったので、多少残念でした 商品自体は素敵だと思います

Works very well and charges my phone while on the move. Very happy with it.

Quería haber esperado hasta el verano para ver como se comportan las piezas de plástico una vez haga calor, la pieza de pinza, quizás debería ser un poquito mas larga para una mejor sujeción, ya que se mueve con el climatizador puesto a 20° parece que el soporte ya empieza a flojear, de ahí mi desconfianza a la llegada del verano. Por lo demás va muy bien el imán sujeta bien el iphone 12pro, carga bien, veremos si no tengo que editar la opinión en unos meses. Bueno pues después de tres años la pieza (pinza) que se sujeta a las rejillas de aire, salto sola y las patillas de plástico que sujetan el fleje de chapa no aguantó, ya lo comenté en su día más arriba. (el resto funciona como el primer día) Teniendo en cuenta que ya no tengo garantía por haber caducado la misma, no tenia muchas esperanzas en que un vendedor externo a amazon me contestaran o me dieran algún tipo de solución vendiéndome un soporte o algo que pudiera solucionar el problema. Me puse en contacto con ESR para ver si podían de alguna forma orientarme o darme solución, a ver si tenían piezas de repuesto o algo parecido. Como he dicho no pensaba que me contestarían, pues me equivoqué, no sólo me han contestado sino que además me han solucionado el problema con otro soporte que creo mejora al anterior y me han atendido de primera, tengo varios productos de ellos y la verdad, todos me funcionan perfectamente, creo que son de muy buena calidad y si como en mi caso te falla, el soporte es muy bueno o mejor dicho buenísimo. Tengo claro que todo lo que necesite si lo tiene este vendedor con su marca ESR, no dudaré en comprarlo. Por su calidad y por su soporte postventa. Adjunto foto del nuevo soporte que me han enviado y lo que se rompió del otro.. Por supuesto si en este caso pudiera ponerle mas estrellas se las pondría. Me han comentado que ya están trabajando para que esa pieza sea mejorada por su departamento de calidad.
