good quality product.
Feels comfortable and works well appears to be very good quality. Not cheap, but you do get what you paid for. I would recommend this. Note, this knife is SHARP!!

Excellent quality
Displayed was sharp enough to shave hair. The edge holds up well during routine use. I recommend this knife.

Sharp Little Knife
This is a great little pairing knife. It is probably the sharpest knife I have, and has retained its edge with regular use for several months. I wasn't sure how often I would use it, but I find myself reaching for it pretty regularly. It's light, sharp, and feels good in the hand. I hand wash it, though it does say it is safe for the dishwasher. Good value purchase and glad I own it.

Sharp little thing!
Nice little knife sadly it is not the same as the one I hoped was replacing (Looked the same and measurement I though was right). This one is super light weight - guess that is why it less expensive ( there is less metal - only part of the metal goes through to theend of the handle) Do be aware -- this little knife is super sharp!! Does a good job. Good price.

Quality
Love Wusthof knives. Unsurpassed quality. I’m building a large set that my daughter can have when I retire from cooking.

Sharp, and OK, but I have a suggestion
Sharp and ok, but not so sharp as I expected. Actually, I prefer the Rada kitchen knives, made in Iowa, to these imported ones. Their paring knife is very good, and just as sharp. The Rada handle is not so chic, but it and the other knives they make work very well.
