Define, "bond." It's not Duracoat, it's just enamel. Prep and prime the surface of the metal if you're concerned.

Can i use this to paint minor scratch on a motorcycle's pipe heat shield? what does it last at high temperatures, around 260 Farenheit?

Your best bet would probably be to use grill paint. That’s what I did on my moped pipe. Worked like a charm. This would probably melt off

It’s matte not gloss but it should work.

Does this work well on nicks on aluminium AR-15 receivers?

It worked on my aluminum patio furniture, but I don't know about AR-15 receivers.
