Purchased to use in my electric smoker, now used so much more.
After reading some recipes that talked about smoking some meat in a smoker using a baking pan like this I decided to try this out. The rack sits in the pan and lifts up whatever you are cooking so the smoke can cover everything. It also keeps the drippings right in the pan under the rack. Did all of that and worked well. Nice to just bring the pan in from the smoker and pour off the drippings to use for gravy, etc. It keeps the bottom of the smoker cleaner - and it's nicer to just have to clean this rack and pan instead of cleaning off the racks of my smoker. Smoke still coats the rack and pan. But it cleans off pretty easily - easier than cleaning the racks in my smoker, probably due to the non-stick coating. I'll be using this tray for most of the food I smoke now. Edit- I absolutely love these. I started using one of the pans for my oven. The idea of having to bake a vegetable (or anything else) and flip over mid cooking makes me cringe. I line the tray with parchment paper. Use the rack and slice squash, cube eggplant with partial skin left on, slice up bell peppers, asparagus - just about any vegetable you can bake. Usually I do 450 degrees for 30 minutes or so to get a char on the vegetables. Come out amazing every time with none of the nonsense of "flipping" something over. Just toss in your desired oil and seasoning if wanted. This has been used on average probably 6 days a week for close to a year. Dishwasher'd (just the rack) a few times, let soak in hot water a bunch - maybe that wasnt great as the non-stick worked well and I was just lazy. But the coating on the rack is going away and seeing some rust. Just bought another pan and will be more careful cleaning it. Lost 40 pounds exercising and eating better and this pan definitely helped by making veggies easier and better when not just eating them raw.

Love Love Love!
I absolutely love this pan! We use on a regular basis for bacon, fried fish, and chicken tenders. I originally purchased as a pan to make homemade chicken nuggets. Pan/rack I was using was not good enough. I love this rack in this pan is raised and suits my needs perfectly. Very sturdy, lightweight, holds enough for our family, and was a very good deal. We fix homemade pizzas at least 3 times a month. We will try using for pizza next. Right now my daughter puts pizzas directly on racks in oven which causes baked ingredients stuck and cooked in oven. Definitely need to try for pizza. BTW I neglected to mention how easy this pan is to clean up. Non stick coating makes it very easy to clean. You can use a napkin to wipe clean, it is that easy.

Outstanding Pan Set – Crispy Results & Effortless Cleanup
I just used my new GoodCook 15” x 10.5” Nonstick Carbon Steel Baking Pan & Raised Wire Rack for the first time to make chicken tenders, and I’m beyond impressed! The baking ability is excellent, it cooks evenly and gives food that perfect crispy texture without needing to flip. The sturdiness and quality are top-notch; it feels solid, durable, and doesn’t warp under heat. The fit is perfect for my standard oven and dishwasher, and the weight is just right, heavy enough to feel durable but light enough to handle easily. The ease of use is incredible with its nonstick surface that makes food slide right off and cleanup a breeze, plus the raised rack helps everything cook evenly and stay crisp. Overall, this GoodCook baking pan set exceeded my expectations in every way and is now one of my favorite pieces of cookware!

Versatile and good quality
Used for first time last night to bake chicken thighs. Worked perfectly. Nonstick. Chicken was crispier being raised out of the juices. Glad I bought this it says I can use it to dehydrate apples and jerky as well.

Does it hold up?
I’ve had this pants since August 2024 and we cook bacon in it several times a week. It’s held up very well! I like the larger end handles which makes it easier to grab the pan and pull it out of the oven with stability. Like all bacon pans they do discolor with the bacon drippings so It does get a little dark. cleans up easily! I just scrape all of the bacon grease off. Fill the pan with hot soapy, water flip the cooling rack upside down and submerge it and let it sit for a few minutes and then everything wipes right off.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Update! I really loved it but the rack didn't hold up. I cooked bacon on it and it worked well but it stuck even if I sprayed it with no cooking spray. Then it was hard to clean and the coating came off when I washed it and tried to clean it well. I have only used it for a couple of months and only cooked bacon on it. I didn't even use it every day. I had to throw the rack away. This is going to be such a great product. I can already tell. I bought it to cook bacon in the oven. It's not too deep and not too shallow. It is a great depth and size so it won't be hard to store. I am looking forward to using this for many things. It's a very light weight functional pan. I can even use the rack for a cooling rack for cookies. I have to have functional, easy to clean and easy to store and this checks all those boxes for me! Exactly what I was looking for!
