I love this ornament! it is well crafted and colorful, and the cuteness factor is over-the-top. The parrot is actually a figure in the cage it is not painted on the side. The detail is great too.

These are pretty but I had thought that they came in a box like shown on the item page that has a neat sticker on it that states they are hand painted. They do not. These come in a regular white box. I wanted these for gifts so needless to say I would have liked to have something in or with them that shows they are said to be hand painted. The ornaments themselves are pretty but I honestly can not really tell any difference in these compared to any others that I have seen in dept stores or dollar stores. If they are or are not hand painted, I personally can not tell. The ornaments did arrive in good condition. I will use them on my Christmas tree however I will not be using them for gifts. I am very honest in my reviews from my viewpoint and three stars ="its ok". I knew these had glitter on them and I just took a chance and hoped that they would not shed but the glitter does come off on your hands very easily. The best thing that I did like about this particular ornament was the 5 inch size. Good size for an ornament. This is a very pretty ornament!

The base was very crooked and the paint wasn’t finished. Very disappointed.

As soon as I saw this adorable ornament, I knew it was the perfect ornament for my home. My amazing cat was rescued from a terrible hoarding situation, the people who rescued him said there was a bird in a cage in the hoarded home that my cat was very attached to..so much so, that they could not get him to part with the bird and he would not leave its side. They were so moved by this situation since they had never seen anything like it before. So this adorable ornament reminds me of how lucky I was to have such an amazing cat come into my life, and how thankful I am to the people who rescue these animals. This blown glass ornament is so well made and unique! There is an actual glass figurine bird inside the glass cage, it isn't just painted on..and the bird is encased in the glass cage. Very impressive detailing! The cat even has little whiskers that stick out and are not painted on. Amazing detailed ornament for such an affordable price!!! I highly recommend this ornament to a cat lover, bird lover, or a collector of blown glass ornaments. My lovely ornament will be displayed year-round on my bookcase for all to see.
