These LorAnn bakery emulsions? Oh, they did NOT come to play. One drop and suddenly I’m in the kitchen acting like I’m auditioning for Great British Bake Off: Hood Edition. The flavors are bold, rich, and don’t fade in the oven like those shy little extracts. My cakes were singing, my cookies were dancing, and my whole kitchen smelled like a bakery with generational wealth. If you want your baked goods to taste like you actually know what you’re doing, grab this variety pack. It’s a whole blessing in tiny bottles.

Edit: After trying the emulsion in one of my cakes out of desperation for flavor I used it. Just let me say, you can't just base it on smell and taste right out of the bottle. My apologies for judging before using. I'm also updating my stars. Sweet baby Jesus where do I begin? The almond is horrible. I put a bit on my tongue to taste it and my tongue went NUMB!!! I opened all 6 to smell and taste and they are all absolutely horrible!!! They also contain Red 40 and Blue 1 which has been linked to health hazards. I literally wasted 37.00 as it's a food product and can't be returned. Do not purchase any of these!!! I recommend Cake Cake Cake Etc or pkbakes for all your flavoring needs.

Our granddaughter bakes alot and uses these flavors for her cakes and icing. She likes them and the people she gives food to seem to really enjoy it including our own family.

These Lorann Oils bakery emulsions are fabulous—each flavor is rich, true, and adds a wonderful depth to cakes, cookies, and desserts. They mix in smoothly and give baked goods a more vibrant taste compared to traditional extracts. I love the variety in this set, and the quality is excellent. Gluten-free and keto-friendly is a bonus. A baking essential I’ll definitely keep stocked!

When I ordered this I was hoping the flavor would be good. I have tried the lemon. I haven’t had time to try the other flavors. The lemon is better than I hoped. I made a lemon pound cake with a lemon glaze. The taste is great! I am going to order the other flavors. Can’t wait to taste the other flavors.
