Excellent natural way to produce a serious call of nature if nature hasn't been calling enough. A half teaspoon dose of the powder readily disperses in boiling water, making it easy to take. The effect seems slow and natural, even slower when moving a clog. When I take an evening meal dose followed by a morning coffee dose, movement will happen. Doesn't feel so much like a laxative working, just a normal call of nature kinda thing, only stronger. Even if I need to be on a job site, if necessary. I just expect one of those "Oh man, I gotta go" moments. Take some, and nature will call. You will be glad you did.

I have always been very pleased with any “Pure” packed herbals and spices. And I’ve received quite a few ex: basil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder etc. Although I have not used this yet, I expect the same great quality as always.
