This MCT oil is really great quality. It has no taste, mixes easily into coffee or smoothies, and never feels heavy. The texture is light and clean, and it blends in without leaving an oily film. Simple, reliable, and a nice staple to keep in the kitchen.

This brand is always the best price for this type of oil. I feel it is good quality, but not exactly like the Bulletproof brand, which does not congeal in the fridge, whereas this brand does get a little stiff if you happen to leave it in the fridge for a day or two (which I guess you don't really have to refrigerate MCT oil). No taste of coconut at all in this oil and it's very good for high-heat cooking.

Used this for a “cleanse” here and there. Not a doctor so use at your own risk. But definitely feel better afterwards, no flavor at all. Makes it easy to swallow or also add in my coffee when I don’t feel like swallowing raw oil. Will buy again, quality for the price is also great. Hope this review doesn’t high up the price 😆

I’ll address others’ complaints first: 1) There is nothing wrong with the cap on the bottle I got, it’s fine. 2) Flavor is virtually non-existent, maybe a slight buttery taste to my coffee, but I barely notice it—no odor, no flavor. What they DON’T tell you—Do not overdo this. You are NOT preparing for a colonoscopy. I learned that the hard way. No more than 1T per day for me, and that’s the absolute max. What it DOES do: Eliminates that “bloated” feeling, and improves satiety (I’m not as hungry). It helped get me back to my normal weight, and it got me through Thanksgiving weekend without overeating like I usually do. Get your dosage right, stick to it, and you’ll be fine.

Love this MCT oil... great price I use it daily in my morning smoothie... but like others posting here, I HATE the new cap... dribbles and runs down the side of the bottle and shoots across the counter... no fun when you are half-asleep... Dragged the old bottle out of the recycling to get the old cap which worked.., BOOOOO.. they changed the size of the opening so the old cap doesn't fit the new bottle. I thought about pouring the new into the old bottle but I wasn't sure it would be clean and safe that way... Change it back PLEASE!!

My first time trying MCT oil but i heard lots of good things about it being healthy... big bottle for the price, not much taste but tastes good, good in cooking, seems to help with food cravings.

Good product, unfortunately the container needs overhauling They need some kind of bladder to control the flow It's a large container difficult to control. Time to look for another brand
