Good bits ! Cut well

I purchased the bit set for machining small text on hardwood (Mahogany and light Oak) and epoxy. I had tried using 20 degree V-bits but found that due to the small step over there was quite a lot of manual clean up to do and was limited in the depth of cut as cutting any deeper than a 1.5mm lead to the middle of the "e, 4 and o" breaking off. So decided to try tapered Ball Nose bits. I have a Foxalien WM3020 with a 720W spindle and fully expected to snap the two smallest bits, but was pleasantly surprised when the cuts came out perfect and captured the detail I was unable to get with the V-Bits and with virtually no clean up. I did a lot of research on the speeds, feeds and depth of cut for each bit for my spindle which will cut up to 30,000 rpm and set all my speeds, feed and depth of cut to the absolute minimum recommended for materials. Will definitely purchase again. If you cut and paste the following in to ChatGTP it will generate a table with all the speeds and feeds for a 300W spindle with max 10,000 RPM. I must stress that I have NOT done any machining with my 300W spindle. Provide speeds, feeds, and depth of cut table for Genmitsu TB04A tapered Ball Nose Endmill set for cutting Hardwood, softwood, MDF and Aluminium when using a 300W spindle that has a max speed of 10,000 RPM Bit specifications are: Material: Tungsten Carbide Steel Alloy Surface : Nano Blue Coating Radius: R0.25, R0.5, R0.75, R1.0mm Shank Diameter: 3.175mm Cutting Length: 15mm Overall Length: 40mm Good luck

These bits are quality items. Cut through 7mm mdf with no issues leaving a excellent finish. Have already bought more.

They cut through like butter, I have been using them for well over 20 hours machining time and are still performing like new. Bargain!

Used in my small CNC router and have given some very good results. Have now used several times with no issues, I will definitely buy again.

Parts were as described and came in individual packages Haven't had a chance to try out carving with them yet, but based on how well the other bits i got from them are working for me I foresee no problems

De momento en mdf, funcionan muy bien, tendré que probarlo en madera.

I haven't used them yet. However they look great. I just wish they included more dimensional informatiin sinI can add them to my tool library accurately.
