I was running out of room on my hard drive and needed to download some large library files that can be stored on a separate drive but need to be run using an app/programme loaded on the main c: drive. Initially, I looked at buying a portable/external SSD. Yes, they can go really big for size and many appear to offer higher read-write speeds. But I didn't like the idea of one of those hanging off a laptop pretty much forever after for any projects using my data libraries.So I took a bet that this MicroSD card would a) have enough transfer speed to meet my needs (using a DAW) and b) that the card would just sit permanently and unobtrusively in the laptop's MIcroSD slot as a D: drive.And yep, the whole set up works perfectly.

Hello great value buy for 512 gb 170 mbs in transfer I can tell the difference when I backed up my 128gb which had 89 gb used data took only 6-8 minutes. Only thing is that im using it for my note 20 ultra and it says I have 97.86gb used out of 477 gb but price has me sold
