Charger works great. Can parallel charge my (2) 4s 8000mah lipos on one port.

Charges LiPo super fast and efficient

Unable to return/replace unit with Amazon. Unit worked quite well initially. Decent high power charger for series and parallel charging. After about 20 charges and 7 months, now I get a consistent charge problem on Ch2. Self test reveals buck converter failure (adc fail). This brand comes well rated by others, but I would definitely be very hesitant to purchase it again. Manufacturer warranty repair lasts only 180 days (6 months). Bummer...

This is an excellent dual channel DC-DC charger that I use to interface my trailer Titan solar generator battery with an external LiFePo4 battery. The batteries have different chemistries and charge/voltage profiles, so using this DC-DC charger between them allows me to independently regulate the charge/discharge voltage on each battery bank. I thought the P20 had Bluetooth capability when I purchased it but it doesn't. That's "my bad" for making that assumption based on another vender's website description of the P20 (as it turns out only the P30 has Bluetooth). I like the user interface buttons on the P20 much better than the touch screen interface on the Q8 or the P30, so I decided to keep it for my application. The only reason I rated this charger at 4 stars instead of 5 is because ISDT is reportedly removing an already existing BattGo support feature from sold units in its future firmware upgrades for existing customers. Personally I don't use the BattGo feature and I understand that ISDT sold their BattGo technology to another company, but downgrading existing functionality on units which have already been sold is not a good move from a customer perspective.

Update: The seller and I have worked together to come to a compromise that makes us both happy. ISDT is a well known brand used by lots of hobbyists, seems like the one I got was just a bad unit. Unit worked great initially. Good high power charger for parallel charging. After about 15 charges I now get a intermittent error. Self test reveals buck converter failure. This brand comes highly rated by the quad racing community, but I would be hesitant to purchase again. Update: charger has failed completely, won't even turn on. Amazon has opened a line of communication between myself and ISDT to try to resolve the problem.
