I heard of Berberine a long time ago but never tried it. I found this brand here on Amazon and thought I would try it because it had great reviews. I have a very sensitive system and can't have products that have fillers, etc because I immediately react poorly. I LOVE THIS STUFF!! No fillers and it works so great! I have been taking this for about 2 months so I have had time to really see if it is good or not. It works on so many levels and is subtle. I have a big blood sugar problem and was taking gymnema that was given to me by my nature path, but I found I was taking more and more of it but the blood sugar was still high. This berberine completely takes care of my blood sugar so it is in normal range now. But the big difference I see is I am not depressed anymore. I am actually happy! That happened about a month into taking this and was so subtle, that I realized one day that I was actually happy. I ran out of this berberine and ordered more and when not taking it I could feel myself going back into worrying and depression. I got the new bottle and started again and was happy again. I don't care if I need to take this for the rest of my life- this is a great product and does the job! I feel so good on this! **UPDATE** April 14, 2018. I still think this is the best! I am going to a naturopath who put me on “doctor” products that had berberine in them. So I decided to stop taking this berberine around November of last year. I had been loosing weight like crazy on this, but I figured I am still getting berberine so I will be ok. Well the weight loss screeched to a halt, and by the end of February I was trying to figure out what changed. I finally started taking this berberine again and whoosh! the weight loss started again. I feel so good on this and my body just loves it. I feel happy and my blood sugar is good and the weight just drops off and nothing else has changed. I can’t recommend this product enough and again I give it 5 stars.

I'm glad I purchased this product cause I had been wanting to incorporate berberine in my supplements regiment for awhile. I feel the craving curb and I'm looking forward to some weigh loss in the future. Some of my pants are a little looser in the waist.👍🏽So far so good. Easy to swallow, but the capsules are a little larger than expected. I will update in a couple months.

I have been dealing with "pre-diabetes" for about 4 years. I tried this product and noticed my blood sugar was lower after a few days. I have been using it and experimenting with the dosage for about two weeks. This evening before dinner my blood sugar was 84! This along with a healthy diet of low carb fruits veggies and meats have made a huge difference. I have been "low carbing" for a few years and my blood sugars still were not going this low. My after dinner sugars have been between 129 and 110. I test my post meal sugars about 2 to 3 hours after a meal. This product seems to be working for me and I will continue to "test" and "experiment" until I see what works best. I'm eager to get my A1c tested in about 4 months because I feel the A1c will really be a true test of the quality and effectiveness of this product. I do recommend checking with your physician prior to taking this especially if you are on diabetes medicine already. I hope it works for others as it is working for me. UPDATE: I had my A1c tested today and it was 5.9!! It was 6.2 last year which was the last time I had it checked. I kept avoiding it because I was afraid of the results every time. I have been on Sunergetics Berberine for about 3 months and to me this is a huge difference. I highly recommend this product! UPDATE: I am still using this product and have now gotten my elderly God parent to use it. He has replaced his metformin with Sunergetic Berberine Supplement and he says it makes him feel better than the metformin did. I am not saying anyone should stop taking their doctor recommended medication without closely following up with their practitioner along the way. But it has worked for him. I will continue using this product. Will update my next A1c asap.

I find this the best one that truly works and is affordable I seen a review and decided to try it , sure enough it helps breaks down after you eat a high carb meal that may spike up blood sugar.. I now take 2 tabs 30 minutes before eating and if I forget I’ll take 2 after meal Great product! Nothing else is in it but berberine and that’s what I look for good quality, tested and true

Had to discontinue use... I took 2 pills a day with food. I immediately got abdominal pain that included nausea and gas pains. I continued for about 2 more weeks until I got my monthly and OMG it felt like I was dying. The cramps plus the pain from this was too much I could barely move. I stopped taking supplement and abdominal pain continued for another 3 weeks. I'm better now but it was scary there for a while. Idk if it helped with glucose readings or weight loss... I do know i had very vivid scary dreams. My experience may be isolated but please do your research
