I had this light for a couple months and my plants absolutely thrived under it. One morning it just wouldn't turn on anymore. The amazon return window had passed so I reached out to the Mosthink to see what they could do. They had me do some very reasonable troubleshooting and attempted to provide me with a replacement. There was an issue with the address (Post Office not mosthink) and it was sent back, after which I requested a refund instead. Once they received it back they immediately issued the refund and I was able to buy a new light, which is working wonderfully. Throughout the whole process they checked in and were very quick to respond, even when I failed to respond to a few messages, and were great to work with. Will definitely consider buying again as my plant collection grows!

Most recent edit- after 5 months, the light no longer functions properly and I can only get half the brightness compared to the original light output. Bad quality lights with a disappointing life span.Edit- 3 years later, after 2 years of sitting unused/in storage, I pulled this back out to use. It doesn’t work after 1 month of regular use with the timer (had to cover it so that the flashing light didn’t bother me. I bought another one to see how long it would last this time. Changed the rating to 3 stars because it didn’t last with use… started to flicker and then won’t stay on, just flickers dimly.I really like the fact that this light isn't blue, pink, purple, or whatever wavelength it is that gives me a headache with the other grow lights that I have. I also like the options I have with intensity and whether or not you use 1, 2 or 3 lights. The timer is great, except that if you use it, the control button panel flashes on/ off through out the night as if there were a flashing neon sign in our living room (but not as bright as an actual neon sign). That would be my only problem with it and is why I am only giving it 4 stars. Needless to say, I don't like the flashing, so I don't use the timer.

I've had my 3 piece strip lights for a year now and they have held up magnificently. There's no burn out on any of the strips; all brightness level and timer functions work as they should. 4 months ago, I moved them from one shelf to another, and even though I bent one, it STILL works. I used sticky strips each time and they are stuck on there good. (Which is why I bent one!) They get a little warm when I leave them on for extended periods of time, but not hot.They're currently being used on a decorative living room bookshelf that has a few of my Hoyas on it. I used a staple gun and electrical tape to hide the wires, and it looks super nice, as well as being effective- the Hoyas require high light, and are healthy as can be under these lights.Affordable and good quality... can't recommend them enough!

Loved these grow lights and so did my plants! After about 6 months they stopped working and customer service did everything they could to make it right!!! So many companies do not do that so this makes me very happy with this company and definitely makes me want to purchase from them more in the future!

I ordered this grow light in April of 2022, and I loved everything about it. I mounted it under a cabinet neatly and my snow queen grew large, beautiful, white-speckled leaves like crazy in my north-facing kitchen. However, it only lasted about a year and eight months before it quit working. The price is good, so I will purchase it again, but LED lights should last for years. This one started strobing like a fluorescent going bad. Very unfortunate, because it's a nice little light otherwise.

These were great, easy to install, my plants loved them. I turned them off before I went to bed and woke up this morning to turn them on and they are not working after 3 and a half months. I've had my others for years with no problem. This is my first time using this brandEdit: I was contacted about this product and told them what I noticed to be the problem. They requested video and pictures. They sent a replacement of the adapter but not the actual lights (which is what i believe the issue is). They worked for a couple days but now I'm still having the same issue and I contacted them to let them know. They asked for more pictures. I'll cut my losses.

I bought two sets of these lights. One set has been fantastic, the other stopped working almost immediately. I reached out to the company and was sent a replacement, which worked for right around 3 months. The first set is still going strong, working perfectly, no trouble at all. This second set will occasionally turn on if I hold the adapter a certain way in a certain outlet on a certain surge protector, but even then, the adapter itself makes a really loud humming noise and the buttons don't always light up indicating that the lights are receiving electricity to come on. Sometimes the lights will work and turn on for maybe 2-3 minutes but usually they do not. I haven't tried to use them in a few months because I was afraid something electrical may be wrong and it could be potential fire hazard. It's too late to get a second replacement and I'm hesitant to purchase another set but I really do like the set that works. They have quite a few levels of brightness, they're easy to use, the timer function is easy and works like a charm.. but I don't want to spend $25 on another set of potentially faulty lights and go through the hassle of returning just to get a second set of faulty lights.

We use this in an IKEA Fabrikor greenhouse and it is perfect for the use. There are multiple settings for different timers and brightness that are all easy to use. There's several mounting options from double sided tape, zip ties, or screws. We ended up getting magnetic hooks that fit into the screw holes and are able to mount them securely but move them easily if we change it up.Customer support is top notch too. We ran into issues of the lights not powering up and reached out to the seller. They quickly respond and helped troubleshoot us through it and got us back running very quickly.
