Poor customer service!
I actually really liked the card. I ordered two because I needed them. One arrived missing the wooden duck on the front. I reported that it was damaged or defective and I wanted a replacement and they insisted that I return it within 30 days or be charged for it. I feel that it was their mistake and it shouldn’t make more work for me. I mean it’s a greeting card. Very disappointed in Papyrus’ customer service.

Wooden card arrived warped and bent!
This is an adorable baby boy card, but when it arrived the wood, (what it’s made of), was warped. It was so expensive, and this should not have happened. It’s actually not flat, but bent. You could not display it! Thank you!
