4 days into taking this supplement, my urine became dark, I was waking up sweating and had a dull throbbing pain from my liver area. This isn't consistent with the other reviews on this particular brand of He Shou Wu, but it is consistent with some other brands' reviews. He shou wu is known to be liver toxic so just be careful when taking this supp.
