All in all a good case and cooling solution - only one flaw.
All in all, a good case and cooling solution but the heat sink bracket was not machined correctly and was caught on the Camara port clip. This did not let the heat sink base sit flush on the USB and Ethernet Controller. After i removed the Camara port clip it sat flush with no issue, On Idle it is sitting around 28-31°C.

With only 2 supporting mounting posts on metal box does not support a Raspberry Pi.
Disliked only 2 mounting supports, cannot use the cooling tower with the 'plastic shim'; it raises the Pi higher for the connection cutouts.

Hands down the worst case I've ever bought for a Raspberry Pi
I'm going to reiterate what a lot of other reviewers have said - don't buy this case. The most glaring issues: 1) The case came screwed together and one screw could not be removed. It was missing part of the threading so it just spun in place. I could have bent the case to try to cut it, as the metal is VERY flimsy, but I instead opted to drill the screw head out to try to preserve the case. This was a waste of time as the metal ended up warping anyway. 2) There are two mounting posts in the base of the case to attach the Pi or your standoffs to. First, they were in the wrong spots - if I mounted the Pi here, the USB and Ethernet ports would have stuck out of the case by about a half-inch. Second, with the included heatsink and fan combo, you need to install the standoffs in a way that wouldn't let you mount to these two posts. I'm not sure how I was meant to install the pi to the case. This brings us to... 3) The instructions were a double-sided card. Side A had small, blurry thumbnail-sized images of someone assembling the case and fan with no instructions. Side B had more of the same small hard-to-see images and some text lifted directly from the fan instruction booklet that did not help in the slightest. The instructions were beyond useless due to the defects of the case. The upside: the heatsink and fan combo work fine, is fairly quiet (compared to the 3D Printer I slapped it next to), and was easy enough to set up using the instructions in the booklet. I ended up mounting the heatsink and fan to the Raspberry Pi itself and just using that (with the included plexiglass base that the fan kit provided.) This is clearly a fan/heatsink kit and a case that have no relation to each other that somebody smashed into a box and shipped off as a single unit. The cases were likely defective (given all of the other reviews and my own experience) and the seller got them for a song and a dance and decided to offload them on everyone. The heatsink and fan combo are useable but the price doesn't justify only getting a heatsink/fan and not a functional case. I'd recommend buying a different case and avoiding this "kit". It's not worth the hassle or cost.

The coolest running pi case I ever had.
I am running Pi4 8gb at 2300mhz over clocked. It runs 54c while mining at high over clock. It runs 47~50 while playing.

not all parts work
1) Painted over the copper on the pipes that would touch the chip limits the heat transfer 2) case doesn't work with the standoffs supplied so had to go without the case until I can figure out a better solution. 3) instruction card was hard to view being the pictures were really small. I had to use Amazon and the pictures there to understand what went where.

Stripped screws
The case for the Raspberry PI 4 has multiple screws at the top and bottom. One of the bottom screws was missing and two of the top ones had been over tightened which stripped their threads. I had to use a small saw thin enough to pry between the metal of the cover to cut the screw so I could remove it. Bad quality assurance and also the mounting of the fan was a bit of a puzzle but in the end works alright. I do not recommend this case for that reason.

Precision metalwork this is not - my screws were also over-tightened in the case and one was stripped, but it's not a lot of money for what you're getting so I can forgive it. The instructions are terrible, but there is a video with the 'silver' version on the Amazon page which shows how to install. Follow that and it'll all be fine :)

I run my Raspberry Pi 4B 24/7 for my home server and use a Python script to monitor its temperature. This cooler and case combo has been excellent in keeping my Pi at safe operating temperatures; even under heavy workloads, it never goes over 40 °C. The build quality is solid, and installation was straightforward. If you're looking for a reliable cooling solution, I highly recommend this setup!

Muy buena calidad del producto, incluso te viene con algunas piezas extra de repuesto (tornillos etc). Algún paso del montaje puede ser algo complicado debido al escaso tamaño que provoca que algunas zonas sean de difícil acceso.

Case feels solid and offers good access to the pi4's ports, micro SD etc. I'm not crazy about the cooler. It runs full time rather noisily and is relying on software to perform any control and tying up the TX port which is obviously an issue if you are interacting with the device through a serial connection. To me one of the points of running a low profile fan is to extend the gpio header up and stack devices on top. This case with the removable top accommodates that, but here again it gets fiddly as the included standoffs create problems when you need to add additional standoffs on top of the fan in order to support the stacked hats. So this is kinda meh.

Pintaba bien.
