This is amazing, we did 200+ eggs and took about 15 mins where as by hand it takes up about an hour with 2 of us working on them. Easy instructions, tells you how to prep the eggs and how to best work the peeler. Highly recommend, it is a true time saver and now off to to pickle them.

The best if you are peeling many eggs, can do couple hundred in 15 mins. Getting eggs cooked properly is key, if over cooked or not chilled does not function properly. Bring back to boil for 2 minutes, chill in ice bath for hour or so, shake in small jar to crack up and push in large end down.

I can’t speak for how long it will last but we just received this and used today. It’s amazing! We had about 400 eggs to do today and it is so fast and easy! It has paid for itself already! I do wish it came with a custom catch tray but a bowl works pretty well!

I may boil 200 eggs and pealing by hand takes sonectime. With thus machine it takes about 10 minutes. Yes it does tare some of them up. Those are the ones I just salt and eat right then. The rest I pickle.

This is such a great time saver. Follow the directions that come with it and its works great!

I absolutely love this! Peeled about 60 plus eggs in no time.

Didn't peel the quail eggs as cleanly as when I hand peel them. It take off a lot of white from the egg (the eggs may have been too fresh). I'm going to use it again with my next batch of quail eggs (older ones) and see if that makes a difference. If so, I'll update review.
