last one last almost 3 years....hopefully this one will last longer.

Every time when my restaurant walking cooler's thermostat broken, I always bought this one to replaced, it's very easy to put it on, and worked very well, most fit all brands walking cooler, but because my walking cooler was too old, we decided to change a new one, so we don't need extra the thermostat, so I just returned it.

I tested the control by using a cup of ice with a little bit of water put thermostat bulb into cup of water and cycled thermostat from 30 to 35 degrees and you can hear it click right at 30° mark which means it is calibrated correctly And will hold correct temperature this is the controller you use if you do not want to go digital or have a customer that wants a dependable control with 5° accuracy this is a control you want to use they are dependable and work in a variety of applications

Control was a genuine Penn control but not as pictured it had a black cover this was not a problem where I was using it.

Only works for fan or air conditioner. Not for heat. I ordered it by mistake. Amazon grouped it with other similar thermostats. I tried to reorder same one as before, didn’t look close at it.

Used in a cold room application to control a motorized damper and fan. Keeps temperature within 2-3 degrees Farenheit of that selected as system cycles on and off. Actual temperature about 5 degrees higher than where selector on unit is set at. Not a problem as just lower temperature accordingly until desired point is reached. Entirely Mechanical which I like.

I buy this product for my refregiator, It last only 3 months, it broken, it can't stop the compressor, I set the temperure to 7 degree, It reduce the tempeure to minus zero. I suggest the company improve the quality. I bought the product by it's famous brand, and Now, it let me very disappointed.
