This Theraband exercise ball is just exactly what I needed for some exercises that I am doing for physical therapy. It's easy to inflate, no pump is necessary. An included plastic straw is all you need to fill this with air. Insert the straw a little bit into the hole in the ball, take a deep breath and blow the ball up. You may need an additional short breath of air to completely fill the ball. The secret to not losing air once you've blown it up is to pinch the ball right underneath where the straw has been inserted into the ball to close the opening as you pull the straw out. Then while still pinching the ball, quickly insert the provided plastic plug. A second plug is also included in case you lose the first one. The ball is very grippy and has a pebbled surface. It's easy to grab and soft. Perfect for my exercises. A nice little guide is also included with a variety of exercises you can do using the ball.

Works great for my knee therapy. Not hard and does not have latex smell. I use it 3 times a week and it really helps with my therapy exercises

I used the THERABAND mini ball during Physical Therapy. I liked it so much I decided to purchase one for home. It comes deflated, but is easy to inflate using the straw like inflating tool that is included in package. You just insert the end of the little tube into the ball opening and blow a few good breaths. Put in the plug and you're good to go. It even comes with a little exercise guide. The ball is very light and size makes it easy to store. I expect it to be very durable as the ones used in PT

Excellent for neck exercises, great for shoulder strength, fairly good for knee exercises, not useful for exercises where a weighted ball is needed. I've been using for 3-4 times weekly for the last 3 months and ball condition and function remain like new. THE PROS: non-slip material works well, it is very easy to inflate fully (even with arthritis/decreased hand strength), to deflate for travel, AND to partially deflate as needed for specific exercises, great for travel with needle stored in pump and travel bag provided, everything needed is in the box! THE CONS: the material is not as thick / rugged as some PT balls and I'm worried that I may accidentally puncture it, the ball does not give quite as much resistance as I'd like, it is very light with no real weight to it and therefore only stays in position if you have pressure applied to it. NOTE: the rubbery new ball smell goes away quickly! PLUS: comes with small poster of detailed instruction on a variety (14 total) of exercises.

Came home from my first therapy session needing to get a ball for exercises I've now started doing. This is working well. Was quit easy to blow up. Took about 6 hard blows.

Bought five different brands of the 9in therapy ball to see which met best my needs. I didn’t even bother to open the rest. I had therapy balls before; this is top tier. Fulled inflated, of course, it meets my needs. But the most important feature, it’s competitive advantage over all other brands is if you have specific needs for a not fully inflated therapy/exercise ball. It gives you resistance, but has enough stretch for exercises that are mostly isometric but require some stretch/give to ensure the right muscles are engaged/activated. It’s anti-slip surface is also textured, making it the best choice for wall exercises. I have never regretted making TheraBrand purchase; this was not different.

the headline says it all. it is cheap, easy to inflate and it holds its air pretty well. when inflating, it does lose a little bit of air, but still keeps the vast majority which is good enough for the physical therapy exercises i need. also, it has held its air pretty well and i havent had to inflate over a month in. i would recommend this one. fyi, i bought a different brand first which i let sit on a wood dresser and it took off the finish. this one is not sticky like the other one so that isnt a concern with this one

Ordered this because it’s used in my Physical Therapy sessions. Many used for exercises. Only big problem is that the rubber is very sticky to touch. I tried mild soap and water but that doesn’t work. I should have returned it. Sad because it’s the perfect size and weight.

Quality of the ball is exellent, stay put and does not skid.

The ball is very good quality. But it is a bit difficult to seal it . You need to be very fast or it will go flat. happy with the ball.

I needed a ball for physiotherapy exercises but I didn't want to spend too much. This is a great ball, easy to fill with air and has held up since. Has not lost any air since. Worth it for the price!
