For a long time, I disliked coloring portraits. Fairly recently, though, I colored a few individual pictures I had by Hannah. I was surprised to realize I enjoyed it. So I bought this. I have enjoyed coloring a few images, so far. Unlike a lot of adults that color, I'm not really enamoured with mermaids. After six years of being back into coloring as an adult, I'm a little weary of mermaids. I suspect it's because of other colorists' preoccupation with Mermay. While I'm not super involved in the online adult "coloring community," Mermay is everywhere. Accordingly, it wouldn't have hurt my feelings to have a few less mermaids in the book, and a few more girls inspired by other mythical creatures. One of my favorite things about Lynn's work is the lack of facial piercings, compared to Myka Jelina and Hannah Karlzon. I like faces that couldn't be mistaken for a hardware store display. There also aren't a lot of portraits spoiled with feathered angel wings. I love fairies, but I'm put off by angels. A lot of Myka's portraits are angels, which I couldn't care less about (and probably would never color). I do wish a few of the girls in this lovely book by Hannah were wearing different attire. While I'm far from being a prude, I think figures with cute, young faces in skimpy clothing feels a bit awkward. We live in a seemingly increasingly dark, dangerous time for girls, and young women. Overall, however, I really like the book. Review: I absolutely LOVE this book - I absolutely LOVE this book! I have colored so many pages and I know this is one of these books that I will color ALL of the pages some day. There isn't a single page that I found in this book that I thought to myself, "Nah, I don't really like this one." The girls are beautiful. The lines are thick making this a very good book for beginners or advanced artists. Some pages are much easier than others while there are many pages that give a great challenge to those who've been coloring for years. The pages are single sided throughout the book. I would still suggest a few pieces of paper or heavier cardstock underneath the pages you're coloring because the paper isn't very thick and you could bleed through to the next page. There are a total of 50 different girls to color. Each one has a title and name. In the beginning of the book there are two pages of reference pictures with small thumbnails of all the pages in the book with the title of the girl and name. I love these books so much I've bought her other two books also. Hannah Lynn is a beautiful artist and I hope she continues to make these girls because I absolutely love drawing and coloring with them.

beautifuly draw, really pretty alot for your money single sided.. really pretty. my favorite..
this was a really cute coloring book I love this coloring book the images are really sweet and note worthy... for someone like me who loves to draw these are perfect for me to try and draw and the author gives some great tips on how to color them, I also love that they are single sided so if you want to use a marker you have the ability to. rich in design and there are a lot of pages with a few of the designs in duplicate so if you want to color them in a different way you can. I have only amazing things to say about this coloring book. perfect for an adult it has a lot of lines so it may not be something for a little bitty child.. very pretty designs.. I really love this artist. by far my favorite coloring book.

50 Adorable Fan Favorites from Hannah Lynn – printed on one side of page
This is such a cute book of girly-girl designs. There are 50 different designs, each with its own cute big-eyed girl. Some of the girls reflect fantasy and some are just cute girls. Each and every one of them is a fantastic opportunity to play with color and to style the design your own special way. I believe this is the first time Hannah Lynn has had a book of designs available in book form. The others that I have were purchased directly and were not books. This grouping is the top 50 fan favorites – so the best of the best (at least thus far!) At the front of the book, there are thumbnails that show you the pictures in order and also what their names are. I think this is a great way of doing a table of contents and I really appreciate that the names aren't printed on the design page. If I choose to put them there, this will give me an opportunity to do it my way. The book is printed on one side of thin but nice grade white paper. The pages are not perforated but the artist has put a double frame around each design with enough room so you can cut a page out without damaging the design. The binding is glued rather than sewn and I was able to break the spine enough to get the book to lay fairly flat to make coloring while leaving the page in the book a little easier. All of my markers bled through the paper. All of my gel pens left a shadow on the backside of the page. My coloring pencils worked really well with this paper as it is nicer than basic grade. If you want to use markers or gel pens, I suggest putting a heavyweight paper behind the page you are working on to keep the ink from seeping further into the book. As the back of the page is blank, you won't be ruining another design.

Definitely a keeper!
Wonderful coloring book for adults or children. Drawings are extremely well done (and adorable), lines are all complete (some other coloring books/pages I've gotten have had incomplete areas in the drawings and it's very annoying), printing, paper and binding are great quality. Overall a fantastic coloring book and one of the best out of many I have purchased! Hannah Lynn's drawing style is so cute! It's like a mix of manga/cabbage patch/strawberry shortcake! Each girl has her own personality and the beginning of the book even gives each page a name, some are names like "Rae", "Lisa" or "Angie" and others are things like, "Easter Lily Fairy" or "Lady Liberty". A good mix of variations as well, some mermaids, some fairies, some regular girls, some classic story book type characters. All wonderfully drawn! Don't hesitate to pick this one up! You'll enjoy it!

Great design but bad paper.
The design in this coloring book are wonderful, there is not one that I want enjoy coloring. I love every big eyed girls, they are so much fun to color. You will find fifty beautiful big eyed girl in this coloring book, each one only on one side of the page. I love that about this book. This is a great coloring book for teenagers and adults alike. I would not put this in the hands of anyone younger the design are just to nice for kids to squabble in. Even though I love every design in this coloring book, they are so nice but, I just can't give this coloring book five stars review because of the very poor quality of paper used to make this book. The paper is so thin you can see the next design under the one you are working on. I used coloring pencil, gel pens to color in this book with a thick cardstock between each page to protect the next design. I would not use markers because of the thin paper. The paper barely holds up under the use of gel pens, it's look like to much water paint was used. Great design but bad paper. I recommend this coloring book because I love the design. Just wish they used better paper.

ANOTHER GREAT COLORING BOOK BY HANNAH LYNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has to be one of my top pick books by Hannah Lynn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The paper is of very nice quality and the artwork is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This particular book offers a wide range of creativity in design and I love that!!!!!!!! Hannah Lynn designs her books so well that even when your coloring falls within just the basic skill level you can turn out very pretty pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Personally, I have become quite a Hannah Lynn fan and have purchased many of her coloring books - many of them more than once because I want to share these beautiful pages with others - and will also be purchasing more in the future!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Addiction!!!
Deborah Muller's books are so beautiful and addictive! They are like POKEMON, I MUST HAVE THEM ALL!!! They are such a joy to color and most of them have double of each pictures so you can try different styles or do a "buddy color" with someone and compare. These are pretty big books, lots of pics to choose from in each. A MUST buy for any girls (maybe guys too) to color young or old!
