Beautiful, elegant and functional.
High end faucet, with a modern champagne finish. This similar to a brushed nickel finish in texture, and looks beautiful. The touch to turn on or off function takes some getting used to as you forget it’s there, and either don’t use it or accidentally touch the metal after turning it on. The weird design choice is the battery pack, which is what comes with the device, 8 AA batteries included, but an additional $40 power adapter that needs to be purchased separately. Once you have the adapter you then think you don’t need batteries, WRONG! The batteries power the LED indicating water temperature, while the power adapter powers the mechanical valves. A minor issue, especially if using both the batteries should last a long time (years?) since they only power the LED. Overall happy with the install, pretty standard if you have installed faucets before.

We are not DIYers and we got this done
I saw complaints that the instructions on this were bad, but there is a great Youtube video by Delta you can watch. Our sink is very deep and it was remarkably hard to uninstall the old faucet and to attach this new one to it, but that was not a fault of the instructions or the faucet itself. We did need to buy a basin wrench to get the old faucet off. Uninstalling the old faucet and then attaching the new one were the hardest steps and then once that was done, the rest was quite easy following the Youtube video. Can't yet speak to the functionality of the faucet, but I'm so excited for the touch capabilities and the look of it.

My first expensive faucet I've owned!
So nice to be able to touch anywhere to turn it on and off... especially with wet or dirty hands. Great quality, especially after ordering random $40 Amazon faucets over the last couple years. The finish is really pretty, however, it shows fingerprints pretty bad. Kind of drives me crazy so I'll be wiping it down often! My husband installed it and it was pretty straight forward. Definitely had more parts than others he put in, but not too difficult. We are having a little trouble with the weight not being heavy enough or maybe it's getting caught up somehow but the hose is not retracting very well. Maybe we need to brake it in...my husband even added an additional weight to try and help but it isn't making much of a difference. I have the cafe appliances and this color is a pretty good match (not exact) but close enough.

Love it! But it’s a battery hog
This faucet is gorgeous and functional. I use the "Touch2O" feature every day - it's WONDERFUL when I'm cooking and have gunk on my hands. I like the lights too - blue for cold water, purple for warm and red for hot. Genius! The only con is that water spots do show up and it doesn't gleam all the time, but overall I am thrilled with this faucet. Update 2022: We thought the batteries would last a year or more; imagine our surprise at needing to replace them every month or two! The battery compartment holds 6 AA batteries. The faucet light blinks red when battery life is running low. We do use it a lot, but I’m not sure we would buy it again now that we know that. Other than that, it still works well. Buy AA batteries in bulk!!

Terrible product
Absolutely awful! Do not recommend touchless At all but even that wouldn’t have been so bad if it worked but constantly breaks , less then a year old and have to replace because delta is no help.

Great look and quality faucet
Great quality and beautiful looking faucet for a great low price. Very happy with our purchase. This open item was new and never used. It’s normally three times what I paid for this resale item.

Is that faucet broken or magic?
Looks fine! Just takes a little getting used to the touch control aspects. Visitors are thrown off at first! But is convenient if your hands are messy, can just tap the faucet with your arm and it’s on!

I wish I loved it more.
Easy to install. Good size. Color is great. Faucet looks good. Took off one star because the touch feature is super glitchy. And took off another star because something with the valve sticks and creates periods of time where it only allows hot water to run through, even if we move the valve to the coldest setting. Takes about a solid 45-60 seconds for the water to start cooling again after we move the handle to the coldest setting. That’s super annoying. I don’t enjoy burning my hands. Also, we’ve had the faucet randomly turn on (going back to the glitchy tough sensor), so we’ve been using it normally. Probably wouldn’t recommend the touch version. Go basic. Not worth the extra $$ for a glitchy touch sensor. Are all these issues enough for us to return the faucet or try to get them to send us a new one? Nah. Too much effort to change it out. We’ll just live with it and tell everyone not to buy this faucet. Unless delta reads this and decides to send us a new faucet that won’t be glitchy. Then we’ll update our review.
