I like the pots. However the advertised spoon and slotted spoon were not included in either box. Please send at earliest convenience as I want to use these in a week or so. Also would have been nice to have a small amount of information included on fuel options or recipes. This is new to me. Thank you. Sincerely, Irene Schertz

I haven't used the pots over alcohol flame yet but I was able to use them over a gas burner. They held heat well and came with all accessories. The lids fit well and they feel sturdy and well made. The only fault I could find is that there was no filler/packing peanuts or styrofoam used so when I picked the package up I could hear the pots moving around. I'm happy with my product and will recommend them to others. Thank you!

I was missing a few parts

Used this at an event. I love the look but when I used it to heat cheese it burned quickly because it doesn’t have an extra layer on the inside. I wish it had a liner door water so the heat wasn’t directly on the pan the food was in. Otherwise I like it I’ll just have to figure out a way to not burn the food

There is no way to control the heat and the fuel pit actually exploded and burned me!

Item clearly states that it comes with two windbreak cups and two alcohol cups.. It did not..... Pictures on ad shows this also... I have added pictures of the item as I was opening the box still in plastic wrap... THE COMPANY 'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT RESPONDE QUICKLY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.. WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS SELLER!!

Kids love to use it.

Works well and is a great size for single serve. Gel fuel cans fit right in under the pot.

The pots were a little smaller than expected. Instructions for how to use the wicks is needed.

It never boil , even I poured boiled broth from the cooktop We waited an hour but unable to cook any meat or seafood. Very disappointed.
