I really like this,it has a light on the top like a night light I put this in my room so much better than the ones that lay on the floor and you have all the plugs going to it.I have my emergency call system plugged in it, I have my TV plugged in it, I have my charging station plugged into it and I think something else but anyway it's just so much more organized and what I did was after I got everything all entangled and had it all plugs into the unit correctly I took a bread tie and I tied all the wires together so they won't be laying all over the place so nice and neat. If you need to turn it off instead of unplugging it or all the plugs going into a surge protector that lays on the floor,all you do is push the top and it goes off you push the top again and it goes on. I live in Fla and I don't care what kind of surge protector you have the lightning here is horrible and I have seen a surge protector catch on fire so when it is really lightning outside I do unplug everything but this way I don't have to I can keep everything plugged in and all I can do is pull the main plug out and then it's all over with just plug it back in and then I hit the top and it comes back on, I'm going to get me another one and put it in the living room and then I'm going to get another one and put it with my desktop computer I really like this and you should try it also you can also plug in your cell phone to it and anything else you need to charge up I'll probably be able to get rid of my charging station now that's just one less thing to be plugged in one less thing to worry about ...haha. The company contacted me and is replacing the unit due to a small problem I mentioned in an earlier review. My rating is changed from a three to five star because I do like the unit, it is handy with the long cord, and the price seems fair. I am also impressed with their customer service. Update: I received the replacement item today, 10/16/2021, sooner than expected. The item is fine and I have no complaints about the company.Originally, I rated this electrical tower as a 3 due to broken bottom button but everything else worked so I kept the unit. The company contacted me and offered a replacement unit which I accepted. It arrived today,10/16/2021, and I have changed my rating to a 5 due to the outstanding customer service and a really good product. Very functional product with the long cord, multi sockets, and various functions. Their customer service stepped up without my intervention which is truly amazing!

Using this in my bedroom where charges, the TV and now a baby monitor are taking over and I was constantly having to unplug thing to get everything connected.This is great - better than a regular strip since it actually takes up less room behind my tv - so I can hide all the plugs. Out of sight out of mind. The 4 side give me flexibility to put those bulky plugs in without them blocking other outlets. The 4 usb plugs are also great - I was able to reduce 2 charges (including a multi USB one) and plug these right into the tower.There are 2 on off switches on the top of the tower so you can power down half of your things if you aren't using them. This is great for those power sucking charges and other small things that are always drawing power (just need to remember to turn it on before you use it again!

This surge protector with 8 outlets, 3 USB and 1 USB-C is the best. Looks pristine and its perfect for an office desk. By only negative point is that it is not too heavy. Once I connect my Macbook Pro (2021) charger, the surge protector does not take much push before it begins to tilt. It begins to tilt a bit as I place it at the edge of my table where I have a 2 inch gap between the desk and my wall. Other than that, just gotta be sure I do not pull any cables from underneath the desk or push/tap it. Connecting the Macbook Pro charger on the upper outlets does not result in much tilting.

I wanted a small tower surge protector verses a strip surge protector. This tower fits nicely on a desk top or night stand.To those complaining about it overloading and tripping the breaker take note this is not rated for appliances, hair dryers, box fans or space heaters.It’s made for small devices like cell phone chargers, head phones, ear buds, white noise machine, phone, tablet, watch, etc.This little tower is space saving and the outlets are spaced out nicely with two on each side. One side has 3 USB ports and 1 USB-C. The tower I received looks a little different than pictured so I’m not sure if I got an older or updated model.My one critique would be the outlets are difficult to plug things into.I’ve only had it for approx a week and so far I’m pleased with it.

It's a great product, it arrived well packaged. All the outlet and usb ports work. You can keep it plugged in, turn it on and off on the large button above. I use it all the time and it has not presented any problem or bad smell. Versatile, it can be placed in any corner. The length of the plug-in cable is decent (Approximately 5ft).

I am absolutely ecstatic about this purchase! Not only is it convenient but it’s a space saver and a surge protector all in 1. I love that it also has the 4 different USB ports along with the other 8 outlets that has the 3 prong connection as well. Love this purchase and plan to purchase 2 more

Sometimes it's hard to plug in the outlet. You have to jiggle it a bit to get the plug to go all they way in.A little on the light side. would be better it if was a little heavier, it moves on the table sometimes if you move a chord. Love the long 16 foot chord and the USB ports.Update: After the review I wrote, the customer service team contacted me. They were very concerned about my review of the product. They really want me to be happy with the product and wanted to make sure that the product is up to my standards. They replaced the unit that corrected all my concerns and even more. It was great to know that they really cared. It's nice to know there are companies that still care!Thank you!
