It's a great product spring found.

Love the broad grip of the pliers, helps to get extra tension on the canvas without tearing it. The spring tension on the pliers is easy to use and doesn't break like other more expensive pliers because if it's simple design and function. The addition of the staple remover is an added bonus.

The idea and make is good but I found it would not grip the canvas, and every stretch it slipped through the grip.

I purchased this to re-mount a canvas 100cmx120cm) painting.The staple remover does a great job, no issues does not tear or mark the back or the canvas. The pliers to stretch the canvas however in my case were a bit too unwieldy. I found it difficult to use between the bracing on the frame. I think in future I would purchase a smaller pliers which can get between all the cross bracing in the back of the canvas. Overall good but consider the area you will need to place the pliers to stretch the canvas.

Rubber came off the Canvas Pliers within a year - what's the point? I'd recommend going for the traditional metal canvas pliers without rubber in future. My old ones lasted 20 years until losing them in a studio move. The staple remover is brilliant!

ho avuto occasione di usare intensamente sia la pinza che la levapunti, ed entrambe fanno un OTTIMO lavoro. La pinza ha una sporgenza su un lato che consente di fare leva sul lato interno del telaio, e, senza imporre esagerata forza, tendere bene la tela! secondo me questa caratteristica è quella più importante che deve avere una pinza, senza fare leva non si riesce a fare un buon lavoro. Quindi la pinza è perfetta. L'altro attrezzo non lo avrei preso se non fosse stato in kit con la pinza, e invece si è rivelato essere fondamentale, ho recuperato dei telai da tele di scarto e senza sarebbe un lavoro ingrato. Funziona bene, e una volta presa maneggevolezza, si procede alle estrazioni dei punti metallici con velocità e senza rovinare il telaio. TOP! per entrambi
