Do these bottles have a sealing cap as stated in description, no caps are shown in the pictures?

yes，Contains 5 30ml / cc needle bottles, the needles are blunt, and 5 silicone needle caps can be installed on the needles for sealed storage.

Can the needles in these bottles be removed & replaced with Luer-lock needles that are commonly used with syringes?

I've ordered 2 different sets of bottles including this one and none of my bottles came with luer-lock caps. I suspect that most people have no idea what this is and say yes because their bottle caps have nipples.

Can these be used for henna?

If your are using henna as in body art they have a very fine tip so I think they could possibly work. Bottles are quite small.

can i put crazy glue in it ?

I don’t think so. The nozzle got clogged with my regular glue, so if you put crazy glue (super glue?) it going yo get clogged even more easily I should think.
