Reliable Bosch Quality for Masonry Work This Bosch 6-piece SDS-Plus masonry set really hit the sweet spot for me. The chisels and carbide bits feel solid, well-balanced, and clearly built for heavy-duty use. I tried them on a block wall and some old concrete, and they cut in smoothly without wandering or dulling after a short session. The SDS-Plus shank fit snugly in my hammer drill with no slipping, which is always a relief when working on harder materials. I like that Bosch included both chisels and drill bits in one set—it covers the typical jobs I’d run into, from breaking up smaller sections of masonry to drilling holes for anchors. The carbide tips bite quickly and eject dust efficiently, and the chisels have a clean grind that holds up under pressure. The storage case is sturdy enough to keep everything organized, though it’s a little bulkier than it needs to be. The only minor consideration is that this set is really meant for hammer drills with SDS-Plus compatibility—so it’s not going to fit in a standard chuck drill. But if you’ve already got the right tool, this makes for an excellent go-to kit. Bottom line: A tough, versatile Bosch set that covers the essentials for masonry drilling and chiseling, offering great durability and performance in one package.

I have been a firm believer in Bosch tools for some time. After selling my 18 volt converted to a 20 volt SDS Drill a while back, I came across the need to own another and a good set of SDS bits, as a project to add 30 plus shelf standards attached to concrete basement walls came up. After looking at the Bosch corded - which I found hard to beat from past use, I instead went with another cordless SDS, and added the Bosch SDS drill set. My first thoughts was that these wouldn't keep up with what I was needing to do. But once I started drilling any concern was resolved, the 3/16" bit was a beast and cut flawlessly. Coupled with the 60 volt Flexvolt SDS, it drilled flawlessly for over an hour, a total of 115 holes drilled. This were 3/16" and posed no problem for the Bosch bits. I haven't tried a 1/2" or 3/4" hole, that day is yet to come, but from what I needed, this drill bit set knocked it out of the park.

Got these to pair with my DeWalt rotary hammer, they're pretty sturdy.

These bits are pretty amazing. I used both chisel and largest spiral with a hammer drill to make holes in a boulder in my backyard so I can insert feather wedges into them. The drill is entry level and isn't as powerful so it is hard to rate the total efficiency of these, but with patience, they definitely do the job and do it well. After about an hour of drilling, these still show no signs of wear and tear and haven't needed to be sharpened yet. I also used the spiral bit to drill a few small holes in a stump to pour some stump out into. Using the same hammer drill with drill function, these cut through it like butter. I definitely recommend these bits to accompany a hammer drill. They are durable, come in a nice case, and are very affordable. A side note, I have only used them for a few projects around the house and don't intend on using them daily. I cannot comment on everyday professional use.

You can expect the usual Bosch high quality. The case has some nice, not immediately obvious, convenience features. Bits are holding up well after some light to medium use.

Great product. It worked perfectly with my Makita hammer drill. Got the job done very quickly. Seller took a couple of days processing the sale but, once that was completed, the shipping was very fast and only took a couple of days.
