Cajun 9.2-Quart Aluminum Dutch Oven Pot with Lid - Oven-Safe Round Caldero - Nickel-Free Soup Pot

I have not used the pot yet but it’s nice and wide. Just what I was looking for. I think it’s makes for a nice gift.

Well made roasting pan, adequate for all my roasting needs. Definitely would recommend.

This pot is huge and exactly what I was looking for. I was able to fit a whole pack of chicken (9 pieces) in the bottom. Heated quickly and evenly. Very easy to clean.

I was looking at the Copper Chef. Lured in by the infomercial, but couldn't justify spending that kind of money. This Dutch oven has all the pros of the Copper Chef that I was looking for, at half the price. It's lightweight (I rarely use my other Dutch oven because it's so heavy and difficult for me to hold while cleaning), has a large capacity, and can go from stove top to oven. Haven't tried to make anything crazy like they do in the infomercial for Copper Chef (like a 6-inch deep apple pie), but I've made soup, Spanish rice, even Asian stir fry. It's not non-stick, but it's easier to clean than I expected. Two very slight downfalls - the label on the side is hard to remove, and the aluminum has discolored after a few uses, and hand washes.

Great size for gumbo! Gumbo does not stick to the bottom much!

This is what the pot looked like after the second use! I saw a little discoloration after the first use, but the second use was just awful! I reached out to the sellers twice for a refund, but they never got a response back from them. I really suggest that you save yourself the trouble and please save your money!

I was not expecting it to be so big

The pot is great but the lid does not fit flush. Something is warped. Not sure if it’s the lid or the pot. 🤷🏽‍♂️
