Great item for to protect your furr-family member. I like that the chewable pills aren't hard and are natural so I don't worry about toxins and harmful ingredients or chemicals in his system. Also when giving his daily amount I find that they are useful for training since they look and smell like regular treats. They have a pleasant bacon scent but not overpowering or offensive, although I do like to wash my hands afterward to rid of the slight residual smell and oil. You get a good amount in the container for the price. Definitely recommend this product!

July 9th: I want to share my disturbing experience with this supplement after giving it to my 1.5-year-old dog. While my 5-year-old dog had taken it previously without issue (weighs more), my younger dog experienced severe side effects after taking the recommended dose for her weight. Within two hours of consumption, she began foaming at the mouth and suffered five mini seizures, followed by two full-blown grand mal seizures. We rushed her to the emergency room, where her blood work came back normal. Unfortunately, we had to rack up a $400 medical bill and she's still undergoing treatment. The only difference in her routine was giving her this supplement. As a result, I want to warn other pet owners about the potential risks associated with this product. I have 3 Pits that love being outside and rolling around fighting in the yard. They wasn't digging or scratching that I seen but I wanted to be on the safe side it was spring time. My male loves them, my female's only take them from my wife and kids they know it's a kind of medicine when I try. No side effects, they seem to work and my only concern is how many they take per day at a time. It kinda takes away being cost effective but better than vet visit or fleas in my house oh I don't like the smell of them but I don't have to eat them!!

I don't know if it helped with the fleas, as I've been using a bunch of other products at the same time. My dog was losing hair, chewed his hide pretty bad. Had to get a cone for him, I got him a new flea collar and I continued to give him these and the fleas seem to have slowed down (make sure to vacuum your home everyday to help get rid of fleas) I believe these really benefitted my dogs coat to growing back, and helped his skin as well, and I'd like to think that these played a helping hand in getting rid of the fleas.

This is an awesome product that I would highly recommend especially for people with dogs that don’t particularly care for liquid forms of medication. My situation was just a little bit hectic and tedious, because my dog had ticks at the time that I purchased this product. However, I must say that this product in combination with other samples and conditioners specifically targeted towards fleas, and ticks did the trick. and at first he spit it out he wasn’t used to the texture. However, after a bit of leaking, he ate it. I can tell that he enjoys it every time I give it to him he’s happy. This is a plus for me because I can continue to use this product in order to prevent fleas and ticks from reappearing in the future. Now and it seems like my happy dog has returned home which I very much enjoy.

I've bought this 3 times and none of the times has it had 140 chews. Having to give my dog 4 chews a day, I figured this would last 35 days give or take. When after 25 days, realizing there was not enough for 10 more days, I thought perhaps another person in my house was also giving her chews not knowing I had. Ordered another jar, this time I counted...130. Okay, mistakes happen when packaging. Ordered a 3rd jar, counted again, 123 this time. Besides this, this product does seem to work. Haven't found any fleas on my dog and she's not at itchy as she has been in years past at this time (spring and summer)
