Real truffles! They are so good! And yes, you don’t get many of them and they are small but truffles are very expensive so be prepared.

I was very disappointed in this! If you know me, then you know I absolutely love truffles and put this on rice, potatoes, butter for bread, meat, and just about anything but this was subpar in taste and quality. I much prefer the truffle oil. I bought this to go with a cacio e Pepe but alas, it was okay, didn’t really add anything. I now know that I wanted my money. Buy a great black/white truffle oil-my fave is Truffle Pig black truffle oil that I buy at Home Goods. Hope this helps!!

Super great value! Almost as good as fresh, but with out the hundreds of dollars in cost... Plus the juice is amazing too add to recipes as well. I personally just like to use about half of a truffle, and a little juice mixed with a stick of butter and spread on baguettes before rising them. The whole house smells wonderful and the flavor is just mouth watering.

Looking at reviews all I can say is truffles do not taste like truffle salt. They do not have a strong diesel gas smell. They have a very Subtle flavor. They do not overpower a dish. They add just a little complexity and a hint of flavor. I personally love truffle seasoning(the artificial stuff) but really enjoyed these. Expensive truffles are usually better but for the price this is a good product but you may not like real truffle flavor or lack there of.

Always keep these in my pantry to dress up my pasta dishes! An affordable luxury, yay!

These truffles are not worth the price. They are in good condition and look nice, but taste terrible. There is literally no truffle taste at all, and they are totally bland. There is also no scent or smell of truffle to them whatsoever. Worst truffle I have ever had. May as well be eating cardboard.

Definitely purchased these without reading enough reviews. These have a strong smell of some kind of alcohol (jet fuel?) and a texture that left a lot to be desired. It was ok if you were mashing it into a butter or potatoes, but otherwise useless.

This was my first time trying black truffles. Not wha I expected. Very earthy. Not something I would purchase again.
